In this project, our GBG divided lites are finished in black tones to resemble aluminum windows with a modern attitude. With US standards and NFRC certifications, our energy-efficient integrated glazing units (IGU) feature double-pane glass, warm-edge spacers, argon gas fill, Low-E coatings, and fully tempered glass, they can not only create a comfortable and natural indoor environment but also save electricity bills and heating bills around 300~500USD per year according to your whole building’s fenestration areas. That’s a real bargain compared to choosing a regular glazing set.

Optional laminated glass, hollow laminated glass has good performance in the face of extreme weather or impacts. When laminated glass is subjected to external impact or breakage, the fragments will not fly around, improving safety and avoiding property damage. It is suitable for public buildings, schools, homes and other places.

We offer over 250 RAL color options for the aluminum surface, including smooth finishing and matte finishing.

For this project, we used high-quality thermal break aluminum profiles. Finest extruded aluminum profiles with a thickness of 1.4mm to provide excellent durability and strength. With a polyamide bar (Polyamide 66, or Nylon 66) PA66 applied in the middle of aluminum profiles to break or insulate the heat and cold. The polyamide we use is from the world-famous brand Technoform Bautec™. Thermal breaks have decreased aluminum frame U-factors (heat loss rate) from roughly 2.0 to about 1.0 Btu/hr-sq. ft-°F. In hot climates, our exclusive thermal break aluminum profiles perform much better than standard aluminum in both insulation and strength.

With our own expertise, we provided the no-cost design development and contract documentation with CAD & BIM drawings, including elevation, details about the project, and installation help.

Before production, we will provide accurate sample drawings, which will clearly show the cross-sectional pattern, size, opening method and direction, pattern of the warm spacer, and the installation nodes. We will not go into production until you have signed off on the drawing to ensure that you receive a final product that meets the exact requirements of your project.
