Q1 Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional factory established in 1998, specializing in the design and production of aluminum windows and doors.
Q2 How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 25-30 days if the profiles are in stock. If the profiles are not in stock, it takes 45-60 days, depending on the order quantity and design complexity.
Q3 What are your terms of payment?
Usually, we accept 30% - 60% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q4 How do I get an accurate price quote?
Price is based on specific customer requirements. To provide an exact quote, please provide: 1) Shop drawings/window schedules showing dimensions, quantities, and opening styles; 2) Profile color and type (standard or thermal break); 3) Glass type (single/double/triple), thickness, and performance features (Low-E, argon filled, tinted, etc.).
Q5 What is your warranty policy, and how are quality issues handled?
We provide a 10-year warranty for powder coatings and a 15-year warranty for PVDF coatings on aluminum profiles. Hardware and accessory warranties depend on the selected brands (e.g., up to 10 years for premium German hardware). We thoroughly test all products before shipment. In case of quality issues, we supply replacement parts or accessories promptly via courier.

Yes, all of our products can be fully customized in terms of dimensions, glass specifications, frame colors, and opening patterns to match your unique architectural requirements.
