Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm+6A+5mm double glass. You can take it easy; our double glass is made professionally, ensuring no steam or fogging occurs between the double glass panes.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all doors and windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: If glass is broken for no apparent reason, will the rest break too?
A: The glass would break only due to suffering from impact force; it will not break on its own.
Q4: What type of fly screens can you supply?
A: We have three styles of fly screens: a roller style for casement windows, a sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and a folding style for casement doors. Additionally, the fly screens are made of 3 different materials: nylon, steel, and Kingkongnet.
Q5: PVC or aluminum, which is better?
A: It is hard to simply state that one is better. Each has its advantages. PVC is excellent at insulation and is more economical. Aluminum performs better in hardness and security.
Q6: What kinds of packing options do you offer?
A: We provide three kinds of packaging: bubble bags, bubble bags with wooden frames, and bubble bags with wooden cases. For full container orders, we advise using bubble bags to save space and accommodate more goods. Generally, our standard packing is bubble bags with a wooden frame. The most protective packaging is bubble bags with a wooden case, which is highly recommended for bulk cargo and specific requirements in countries like the USA, Australia, and European nations due to their special import regulations.
